One paid plan
The worksheets stay free, worked figures included. Yearendo Pro is the client book behind them: each client with its payroll calendar, the filings it is due and who owns them, the fee agreed and every fee review since, held with dates rather than on a spreadsheet only one person can read. One price covers the whole firm, and you cancel from your own account page.

Your records
- Keep a client with its payroll calendar and fee, not just a name
- Open any client and change its next run, its owner or its fee

- Take every client and its calendar out as a CSV whenever you like

- Put two ways of pricing the same engagement side by side
- Your fee quotes and invoices without our name on them
Your customers
- Send the fee quote from inside the client record rather than from your inbox
Getting paid
- Take the retainer without leaving the client record
- Get paid on the invoice you already wrote, card or bank
Your books
- Connect QuickBooks or Xero to your account
- Push what you billed into your own books without rekeying
Yearendo Pro costs $79 a month for the whole firm. It is billed monthly and renews at that price each month until you cancel; the price and the renewal terms appear once more on the checkout page. Cancel from your own account page with one click; nobody has to email or phone. The plan runs out at the end of the month already paid for and is not renewed.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you just buy a practice management suite?
A firm of forty with workflow across tax, audit and advisory, a document portal, time capture and billing in one system should buy a practice management suite and use its client fields. Yearendo is for the firm below that size, where the alternative is a spreadsheet of clients, a shared calendar and a partner who carries the rest in their head.
This page states no competitor price. Practice management suites price per user and publish their rates on their own sites; read the current figure there before you compare, because an unread figure is an invented one. Yearendo Pro is $79 per month for the whole firm, the only price on this page.
