What this service is

Yearendo is software for a CPA or accounting firm: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps clients, their payroll calendars and their fee history. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from us directly, and there is no agency, broker or intermediary anywhere in it.

How we are paid

Yearendo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Yearendo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Yearendo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index lists every free worksheet on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not a fee schedule, not tax advice and not a filing: what a client owes, when it is due and what the firm should charge are your own professional judgement and your regulator's rules. The product keeps a calendar; it does not run a payroll or file a return.
